Aldi is looking to recruit more than 500 new apprentices across the UK in 2025, including in Leicestershire. The UK’s fourth-largest supermarket has opportunities across stores and warehouse roles.

Successful applicants will be able to gain qualifications while they earn. Future apprentices will also have access to benefits including shopping discounts, a bike to work scheme, 28 days of paid holiday including bank holidays and free mortgage advice.

At Aldi, store apprentices can earn £8.61 per hour, rising to £12.07. Meanwhile, those in warehouse roles can earn up to £11.18 per hour. Aldi also offers staff paid breaks.
