Bongo’s Bingo is coming back to Leicester in style for 2025. The line-up for the city includes an 80s special event in February and a St Patrick's special in March.
The boozy evenings take place at the Athena Events Centre in Queen Street, with the forthcoming winter events blending traditional bingo with “raucous rave rounds”. The night outs also feature dance-offs, en-masse karaoke and prizes for the winners.

Bongo’s Bingo’s founder, Jonny Bongo, shared his excitement about the upcoming shows. He said: “Now Christmas is done and dusted, we’ve got an incredible run of shows coming up in Leicester.
“The Athena is such an amazing spot – it’s our home in Leicester, and the crowds there are always electric.” Bongo’s Bingo, which started out as a “wild idea” a decade ago, has now become a household name in the UK.
Leicester’s dates are:
- Saturday, January 25
- Saturday, February 1
- Saturday, February 8,
- Friday, February 14 (80s Special)
- Saturday, March 8
- Saturday, March 15 (a St Patrick’s special)
- Friday, March 28
Doors for the events open at 6pm, close at 7.30pm, with the shows starting at 8pm. More information can be found on the Bongo's Bingo website.
