Boots - store account manager
About the role: You will be accountable for achieving retail targets, whilst promoting Puig brands, which include Paco Rabanne, Jean Paul Gaultier and Carolina Herrera, delivering a unique experience every time to customers, anticipating their needs, and exceeding their expectations. As the account manager, you will increase the brand awareness and build customers loyalty, whilst maintaining the Puig retail excellence standards and those of the store group retailer you will be working in.

Nando’s - kitchen assistant and cashier
Two different roles are being offered at the Fosse Park Nando’s.
About the role (kitchen assistant) -
I make our guests feel valued as part of our family by cooking, grilling, and preparing their meals to Nando’s high standards.
I set up, maintain, hand over and close down clean, safe and fully operational workstations.
I handle deep cleaning to Nando’s high standards
I follow all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene and restaurant security measures

I give a warm welcome to our guests and make them feel at home
I serve customers efficiently at the till – understanding and meeting their needs

I bring amazing food and drink to the table and make sure our customers have everything they need

Nike - lead retail and floor manager
Nike is also advertising two vacancies, these are for lead retail and for a floor manager.
About the role (lead retail) -
As a lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a premium brand experience to our consumers. You will coordinate, coach, and motivate the employees in your area while maintaining an excellent work atmosphere. You will support the management of the daily business in your area to achieve sales targets, including digital services, visual merchandising, sales floor, and promotional campaigns.
The ‘leads’ specialise in one business area of - ‘commercial’, ‘athlete experience’, and ‘consumer experience’.

Floor manager - What qualifications is Nike looking for?
Advanced customer service skills with demonstrated ability in leading a shop floor (or department) team in creating a unique customer experience
• Ability to coach and develop a strong team
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and innovative leader
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours (***), which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs

Starbucks - barista
About the role -
Maintains a calm demeanour during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team.
Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues
Follows Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift.
Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and products as needed.
Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
